Cowl Screens

As a visible part, the cowl screen ensures a designed transition from the windshield to the engine compartment.
Cowl Screens  
The cowl screen performs several functions:
  • A seal between the windshield and engine compartment
  • A simple connection to the lower finisher (the junction feature with the windshield)
  • Air intake and conduit to the air and water separation
  • Drainage of washer fluid and rainwater via special drainage conduits
Preassembled with the washer nozzles, hoses, and or cabling, transforms it into a module that can be quickly and cost-effectively fitted on the assembly line.

REHAU offers cowl screens as a one or more material injection molding from optimized in-house materials.
