INSULPEX® Pre-Insulated Piping

System Overview

Engineered for the efficient transfer of hot or chilled water, INSULPEX consists of pre-insulated RAUPEX® pipe for a flexible, lighter alternative to rigid piping systems.
INSULPEX<sup>®</sup> Pre-Insulated Piping  
INSULPEX consists of RAUPEX Pipe encased in closed-cell polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation with a protective low-density polyethylene (PE) outer casing.
  • Lighter than metal piping systems
  • Available in manageable coil sizes
  • Manufactured with a continuous and flexible layer of polyurethane (CFC-free) foam
  • INSULPEX uses EVERLOC® fitting technology
  • Outer casing is seamlessly extruded polyethelene with annular ribs

RAUPEX inch-size pipe meets the requirements as defined in the International Codes, Uniform Codes, and Canadian Building Code. Metric-sized pipes (63mm to 110mm) meet the requirements of DIN 16892 and 16893.

  • Manufactured in accordance with ASTM F 877
