INSULPEX® Pre-Insulated Piping
System Overview
Engineered for the efficient transfer of hot or chilled water, INSULPEX consists of pre-insulated RAUPEX® pipe for a flexible, lighter alternative to rigid piping systems. INSULPEX consists of RAUPEX Pipe encased in closed-cell polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation with a protective low-density polyethylene (PE) outer casing.- Lighter than metal piping systems
- Available in manageable coil sizes
- Manufactured with a continuous and flexible layer of polyurethane (CFC-free) foam
- INSULPEX uses EVERLOC® fitting technology
- Outer casing is seamlessly extruded polyethelene with annular ribs

RAUPEX inch-size pipe meets the requirements as defined in the International Codes, Uniform Codes, and Canadian Building Code. Metric-sized pipes (63mm to 110mm) meet the requirements of DIN 16892 and 16893.- NSF/ANSI 14/61 and CSA B 137.5 approved for potable water applications
