REHAU cover boards are available in polyvinyl chloride (PVC), halogen-free material (PCAB) or glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) and are attached to the brackets and held firmly in place by non-conductive fasteners. Cover boards are designed and fabricated to connect seamlessly through use of end sockets. Cover options are available for applications requiring non-insulating rail mounting brackets.
Halogen-free material
Maintenance free design
UV resistance formulation
Inherent flame retardancy; profiles in halogen-free and GRP material are self-extinguishing
High static and dynamic strength
Custom warning labels
REHAU cover boards are custom engineered to meet applicable specifications using industry leading materials.
Mechanical strength tested per applicable ASTM standard
UL94V compliant for fire retardancy

The components of the glass reinforced polyester (GRP) cover systems are normally mounted on the aluminum composite or steel live rail using glass reinforced polyester (GRP) brackets. Individual covers may be joined together longitudinally by connecting sections which are also capable of absorbing changes in length caused by temperature variations.
